Sirui 3T-35K Review
The Sirui 3T-35K Table Top Tripod is a versatile one that can support many cameras and can be used both for table-top photography and the handheld shooting of videos, selfies, and low/high-angle shots.
It can reach a maximum height of 13.4″ if the two-section columns are fully extended and can reach a minimum height of 4.5″ if the head is installed directly by removing the columns.

It boasts an Arca-type ball head with a quick-release plate and a compatible clamp, making it easy to lock and release with just one click. The head can tilt 90° so that users can tilt their camera from horizontal to portrait, making it perfect for shooting in portrait mode.
The ball head also operates very softly and smoothly. They are anodized to give extra grip and decrease the coldness of bare metal coming to the legs.
This also minimizes the weight and reduces size as no additional insulation is needed. The feet can fold so that they can be used as a handheld tripod and can provide extended reach if used as a selfie pole along with a solid grip for shooting videos and stills.
Easy to handle
The Sirui 3T-35K is also portable as it can fold up or down by 180 to a convenient few inches and is very compact and weighs only 15.2 oz. Yet, it can support most cameras weighing 8.8 lb. It is easy to folds and collapse in size and is capable of being transported easily.

It also has an appealing design and is packed beautifully. Sirui knows how to present their product well, and the manufacturers outshone themselves this time. The fit and finish are classic, and the packaging is also handsome.
The zipper bag, the material used to build it, and the machining are all superb. It is exceptionally well-made and provides a lot of flexibility without compromising on performance.
The tripod is made of high-quality aluminum, which is cheap or flimsy and makes it sturdy. The design is rigid and robust and gives it its durability. The working mechanism is also ingenious as they are designed to make setup and breakdown very easy for users.
It is designed to carry mirrorless bodies and DX crop sensor bodies, and kit lenses without any issues but cannot support heavy lenses.
It can survive rough weather, that is why it is perfect for traveling. Its sound-built and versatile features make it the right choice for everyone.
It comes with a carabiner that can be used to attach it with a belt or strap, making it convenient to carry.
Good groud grip
It also has rubberized feet, which prevent it from making marks on delicate surfaces and give it a bit of extra grip and stability.
Moreover, the Grub screws present at the head platform’s ends and center columns ensure that various parts are fixed together and won’t undo.
This small tripod is not only compact and can fit in any bag, but it is so light that you can easily carry it in your backpack without feeling any burden.
As it can act as both a hand-held camera for action and a tripod with a system camera for table-top photography, it is perfect for all your shooting adventures.
It can perform well in all situations, as it is incredibly versatile. After spending only a few days with it, you will fall in love with its perfect design and engineering. It is seriously an impressive device that has a plethora of features, and the quality is top-notch.
This tabletop tripod is also great for vlogging, as you can see in Mariusz Gajdzik‘s YouTube video. He is an experienced Filmmaker & Photographer who’s recommending Sirui 3T-35K as the ”Best Vlogging Tripod”:

My verdict for this Sirui 3T-35 tripod is that it is surprisingly a beneficial and versatile device. Not only is it beautifully designed and is deceptively strong, but it is also very compact and folds easily, which makes it easy to carry.

It is a competent alternative for traveling as it is perfect for steadying shots, setting up quick low-light videos and images, and taking selfies. So the Bottom-line is that if you are looking for a beast in a small size, then you have come to the right place!
You won’t find such a versatile tripod in this price range as it is an amazing piece of equipment that delivers its best at minimal cost!

Looks like a great tripod for a small to medium sized camera. I like the table tops as they are easy to carry and set up when you are on the road. I like to travel light so this would be a great option for my bag. Does it come with a level to make sure that your shot is square.
John
No, there is no level … but, most of the cameras got level in settings, so this is absolutely no issue 😉
Marian,
I just love your domain name, it suits perfectly:)
Sirui seems to be a very versatile tripod, having so many features in one. What I like about it is its feature of adjustable height which ranges between 13.4″ to 4.5″ minimum.
You mentioned that it is not capable of holding large lenses, can you pl tell up to what kg, it can handle the weight?
Regards.
Hi,
Thanks for your interest, this is really a good deal for a tabletop. It can support cameras up to a weight of 4kg, but I would recommend no more than 3 kg with lens. This is for the safety of your equipment for outdoor shooting. Indoor – studio can handle the 4 kg
