When traveling or simply shooting around, a good tripod will do the difference. Holding your digital camera steady will result in more clear pictures with higher quality details.
It does matter a lot before you decide which type of tripod is best for you, to think about the way you’ll use it and where. For example, you may need to take pictures close to the ground level, in which case a tripod with the center axis inverted function will be very useful. Or you know you’ll be shooting in the mountains in difficult weather conditions, in which case you will need a much stronger one with a weight hanging hook and legs adaptable to uneven terrain.
If you can afford you better buy one with all these features included, so you’ll never be surprised by unexpected situations in your adventure. It may cost more, but it will do the best job for a long time.
This is why, for today review, I chose a heavy-duty professional tripod which can face the most difficult situations and serve as a trusted companion in time.
Professional tripod review
Product: Zomei Z818C
My rating: 5 out of 5
Zomei Z818C is a professional tripod made of carbon fiber (using eight layer different angles carbon fiber staggered laminated), is super lightweight and compact, which allows you to easily carry it anywhere, is high temperature and water resistant.
The panoramic panning dial allows you to set up precision shots to capture the panoramic beauty and with the two built-in bubble levels you can be sure that you’re on target.
The tripod leg can be inverted 180° and folded to 18” length, which makes the whole kit easier to fit into your bag.
The tripod can be converted into a monopod, if needed.
The ball head (with secured clip, double securing your camera from accidental dropping) is bigger than normal ones. With the thickness of the ball head wall about 5 mm, it is more steady and supports up to 15 kg.
With the additional short center column, it goes to maximum height up to 174.5 cm ; also you can revert the center column for macro or ground level pictures, it can perfectly reach near the ground.
The stability hook is very useful, especially in windy weather. Hang some weight in there for greater stability.
